Messebo Cement is aware that it must protect the health of all employees and all staff have a right to a safe working environment. As part of the employee induction process, all new staff receive health and safety training. Where necessary, job-specific training is then provided within each function. Regularly scheduled health and safety monitoring and internal inspections of all operations are undertaken to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Health and Safety in the workplace
