Messebo Cement Factory PLC (MCF) is one of the leading cement factory, producing quality cement (ESEN 197-1-2013 standard) to immortal the country’s grand projects and other construction industry at large by realizing a theme, ‘quality in action’. ፖሊሲ ስነ ከባቢ

ፋብሪካ ስሚንቶ መሰቦ ምስ ስነ ከባቢ ዘይፃባእ ምጣንያዊ ሃፍቲ ብምፍራይ ውፉይ ዝኾነ፣ብቐፃልነት ኣብ ከይዲ ምፍራይ ምህርትና ኣሉታዊ ፅልዋ ከብፅሑ ዝኽእሉ ነገራት ብምቕናስ ኣብ ሓለዋ ከባቢ እጃሙ ከወፊ እዩ፡፡ ፅልዋ ስነ ከባቢ  ኣብ ምንካይ ንጥፈታትና፣ ምህርትናን ኣገልግሎትናን ኣብ ግምት ብምእታው እዚ ትካል ክትግብሮም ዝግባእ፡-

  • ምስ ስነ ከባቢ ዝተዛመዱ ግቡኣትን ካልኦት ረቋሕታትን እዚ ኩባንያ ምስ ፅልዋታት ስነ ከባቢ ዝነፀሮም ዕማማት ይትግብር፣
  • ሓለዋ ስነ ከባቢ ብልምድታት ምክልኻል ብከላን ብኽነትን፣ ምሕደራ ብኽነትን ትሑት ኣጠቓቕማ ሃፍትን፣ ቅነሳን ደረጃ ምልዓልን፣
  • ሰራሕተኛና ስነ ከባቢያዊሓላፍነት ብዘለዎ ባህሪ ተላቢሱስራሕቶም ንክትግብሩ ምስትምሃር፣ ምስልጣን፣ ምስታፍን ምትብባዕን ፡፡ 

በብእዋኑ ብምፍታሽ ኣብ ስነ ከባቢ ዝህሉ ኣፈፃፅማ ቀፃሊ ምምሕያሽ ንምግባር ዉፉይነት ከረጋግፅ እዩ፡፡ እዚ ፖሊሲ ምስ ኩሎም ኣካላትን ሰብ ብፅሒትን ምርድዳእ ክግበረሉ እዩ፡፡

Environmental Policy

Messebo Cement Factory is committed to produce cement economically in an eco-friendly. It is committed to sustainable cement production and it minimizes any adverse impact on the environment resulting from our production activities. To minimize environmental impacts concerning our activities, products and services, the company shall:-

  • Comply with applicable environmental legal obligations and other requirements to which the company subscribes which relate to its environmental aspects.
  • Protect the environment by adhering to the practices of pollution prevention and reduction, waste management and resource consumption minimization and optimization.
  • Educate, train, participate and motivate employees to carry out tasks in an environmentally responsible manner.

The Company is committed to continual improvement of its environmental performance through periodic reviewing. This Policy is communicated to all interested parties and be available for the public.

የአከባቢ ፖሊሲ

መሰቦ ሲሚንቶ ፋብሪካ ከአከባቢ ጋር ተስማሚነት ያለዉ ሲሚንቶ ለማምረት እና በምርት እንቅስቃሴ ሳቢያ በአካባቢ ላይ ሊደርሱ የሚችሉ አሉታዊ ተጽዕኖዎችን በመቀነስ ቀጣይነት ያለው ሲሚንቶ የማምረት ሂደት ለመተግበር ቆርጦ ተነስቷል፡፡ በዚህ መሰረት በኩባንያው እንቅስቃሴ፣ ምርቶችና አገልግሎቶች ሳብያ በአከባቢ ላይ የሚደርሰው ተፅዕኖ ለመቀነስ ፋብሪካው  ሊተገብራቸው የሚገቡ፡-

  • የስነ አከባቢ አግባብነት ያላቸው ህጋዊ ግዴታዎችና የሚዛመዱ ሌሎች መስፈርቶች ማሟላት
  • የአከባቢ ጥበቃ ይ¡ውም ብክለት መከላከል እና መቀነስ፣ የቆሻሻ አያያዝና አወጋገድ እንዲሁም የሀብት ፍጆታ ማጣጣም እና ማሻሻያ ልማዶችን መከተል
  • ሰራተኞቻችን ስለ ስነ አካባቢ ከፍተኛ ኃላፊነት ተሰምቷቸው እንዲፈፅሙ ማስተማር፣ ማሰልጠን፣ ማሳተፍና ማበረታታት

ኩባንያችን የስነ አከባቢ አፈፃፀም በየግዜው በመገምገም ቀጣይነት ያለው መሻሻል ለማምጣት ቁርጠኛ ነው፡፡ በተጨማሪም ይህ የአከባቢ መመሪያ ለሁሉም ባለ ድርሻ አካላት እንደያውቁት ይፋ ይደረጋል፡፡
